    July 21 (Reuters) - Adacel Technologies Ltd (ADA) :

    • Adacel technologies- co expects to declare final dividend which is at least equivalent to the $0.0125 per share paid as an interim dividend in March 2016
    • Says FY 2016 profit before tax anticipated to be between $10.5 and $10.7 million, approximately 80% above FY 2015
    • Net cash expected to be approximately A$15.5 million in FY 2016
    • Board anticipates further growth in earnings in 2017
