Yep - BA, you will recall from previous thread I suggested sub $3 was not so far away. This is now the second time in recent history where it has occupied this space. It will be interesting to see whether it is just an interloper here or whether this becomes the new norm for while.
I am still keen to know when/if one of the investigative processes occurring will take a closer at advisers agency agreements with their licensees and what their views/opinions/findings would be. These combined with historical adviser buyer of last resort provisions IMO may be questioned in the light of where the regulators head now is.
