No-one can do much until the next piece of the puzzle unfolds this coming Friday but seeming prevalence of nepotism and cronyism is becoming ridiculous. Perhaps it is back to the Chair, the CEO and the CFO need to be displaced and hold on to the Independent Non-Executive Directors with Launa Inman being appointed as an interim Chair and put itself into Voluntary Administration until such time as it can get its act together, move to the "mainland" and get itself properly sorted out before it can be allowed go back trading on the ASX again.
It would seem, prima facie, the Independent Non-Executive Directors were the actual shareholders friends in this case.
