    A placement at a rock-bottom pricing for a relatively small amount.... not so sure holders of BAR will be too pleased?

    I have been watching this company (and CNJ) for a long time due to its potential 'big project' that has not really advanced over a long period of time now...
    Curious how holders see the future?
