Some anonymous people trading in 0.001% of a company's shares on issue during a certain hour of a certain day might be something from which you interpret as having some kind of significance, but for me its nothing more than that .... anonymous people trading in a negligible amount of the share capital of the company at a specific point in time, which has absolutely zero bearing on the thing that matters to me, namely the fundamental valuation of the company.

You are free to take your investing cues from what "the Market" is doing at any given point in time, but If I wanted to defer to what the market does, or doesn't do, I may as well buy an index fund.


As for your suggestion I should sell?
Why would I do that just because I see something in a company I own that gives me pause for thought because it is not an unambiguously positive thing?

While it might be beyond the realms of your imagination for someone to be a business owner - while at the same time taking a balanced view (as opposed to only a blinkered, positive one) of business performance - for me its an essential element of risk management philosophy.
