I asked this back in March, and ill re-state this; Why would you not want to know all details about a company you invest in? I'd want to know all the good and all the bad so I can make an informed decision. If a company was deliberately being shady in answering questions, that is a red flag (hence my selling at a much higher price than what it is currently trading at).
If the company can continue to grow revenue (and profits) and abide all relevant legislations and duties, then its a great company, but I want to see that in a financial statement. Until then, I'll continue to avoid, too much risk.
