    Nov 3 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0940 GMT on Thursday:

    ** Croatian food producer and retailer Fortenova Grupa said it had not been officially notified of a deal that Russian state bank Sberbank Rossii PAO SBER.MM reached to sell its 43% stake in the company, local media reported.

    ** The recent performance of Unipro UPRO.MM , which majority owner Uniper UN01.DE is trying to sell, has increased interest from potential buyers, Uniper Chief Financial Officer Tiina Tuomela told analysts after presenting nine-month results.

    ** Liberty Global's Telenet TNET.BR said it was in talks with France's No. 1 telecoms company Orange ORAN.PA over a potential network access to Walloon cable operator VOO, which Orange plans to acquire.

    ** Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC and real estate investment manager ESR Group 1821.HK have partnered to set up a $600 million joint venture to buy profit-making industrial and logistics assets in India, they said.

    ** The U.S. Department of Justice is preparing to open an investigation into Adobe Inc's ADBE.O $20 billion takeover of Figma, Politico reported on Wednesday, citing four people with knowledge of the matter and a document it viewed.
