yea BMW guys were doing sky jump from Wolfsberg mountains, saw EUR lithium mine from the sky and decided to put an offtake agreement coz why not it looks beautiful from sky, who needs to do DD even when you are a well respected world leader auto maker and have a reputation/respect to command!!
