What does this news is talking about guys? can someone give me a little insite towards what the whole:
"It is understood that a Macquarie entity, ACN 136 024 970 Pty Ltd (�gMacquarie�h), will offer to acquire
BrisConnections Unit Trusts�f units from �geligible unitholders�h �] being those unitholders whose names
appeared on the BrisConnections Unit Trusts�f register as at 7.00pm (Sydney time) on 14 April 2009 and
who were, at that time, the registered holders of 50,000 or fewer units."
Im quiet confused right now Sorry but im only a beginner in the investing market. just learning the ropes right now. what unit holders on the bris connection? so is it a takeover? or what can someone explain whats happening in simple terms
