With the way copper fell I don't think so.
HCH are just storing up more problems for the future, having spent all their money albeit not due now on the 2 new projects, they announce more drilling. More drilling more dilution, now nearly a billion shares.
These projects will get up one day when copper is $5. By then though existing holders will be so diluted.
What happened to the much spruicked option that CAP had, clearly did not execute. Well at least it keeps the BOD in a job for the near future. You wonder why the 2 recent add on projects were sold if they were so good. DYOR
