    • CAPEX FOR RELOCATION, INCLUDING, CIVIL WORKS, GAS CONNECTION, ELECTRICITY CONNECTION AND EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION BUDGETED AT $55M
    • 25 YEAR LEASE EXPECTED TO BEGIN MAY 2020 WITH ANNUAL LEASE PAYMENTS OF $5.02M, ESCALATING WITH INFLATION
