It is all about timing. ISD was bordering on being removed from ASX 200. And then the disappointing earnings report which was followed by disproportionately large movement in share price... index investors exiting from ISD as the decline in share price more or less confirmed that ISD will be removed from the ASX 200 index.
As usual, brokers follow the share price and lowered their share price targets (some pretty dramatically dare I say, throwing the fundamentals out of the window and following the share price movement). Give it some time, the weak hands have probably exited already. Current prices represent an opportunity for investors (both retail and financial) and strategic partners/acquirers. Someone was desperate to get out and has pretty much got out. I suspect there will be less resistance to share price on its way up
