As mentioned in the article if sale goes through interoil shareholder including himself are short changing themselves 1 billion dollars from the proposed sale agreed prior to total.

There are many unhappy instos and share holders of interoil. At $40 the take over is really low.

Interesting to see how the votes travel.

What a coincidence that the board organised this oil search bid just prior to the meeting scheduled mid June where many shareholders wanting change to the board which is not performing.
