Well you can't blame OSH for trying to seal the deal before further drilling can you.

No point in small shareholders grumbling. We've all bought shares in companies at higher prices only to watch them taken out for less than we paid. It sucks but there's not much that can be done.
I know because I've tried holding out as a minority shareholder on 2 occasions (BRM and DMM.) Lost out both times.

I think OSH will get over the line unless Exxon come over the top.
