Why don’t you do the same?
Why did Lynas set up in Asia? Ready availability of cheap, qualified labour and chemicals.
Of course they learnt a lot about the C&L plant. They learnt that they used the wrong materials in manufacture. They won’t make that mistake again. They’ve learnt how to operate it, but that expertise might not want to move to the desert.
