    Feb 7 (Reuters) - Octagonal Resources Ltd (ORS) :

    • All issued shares in ors held by scheme participants will be cancelled on implementation date, scheduled to occur on 22 feb
    • Ors lodges court orders with ASIC
    • "Scheme is now legally effective"
