Now that's where he takes it to another level. You can go super exotic and fill in the blanks. eg. explain how it's been deferred for a period due to ......... "weather", "the GFC", "cuban missile crisis", "preparations for the royal wedding", "orthodox easter", "carbon tax", "global warming" etc etc. the more original the better the odds.
