2 steps forward one step backwards is still one step forwards.
I was looking through the old announcements and found where SGR raised 490 million to give 5% to that mob from Hong Kong at a price of $5.35 a share.
They are still holding and see value just in a longer time line is my guess.
Happy to hold, keep accumulating in the SMSF. The Brisbane wharf part of the portfolio looks exciting and I look forward to it being completed.
The divvy is a decent and the stock is collateral and allows you to place positions on it via exchange traded options so provides a lovely compounding effect via extra earnings on the share.
Im always glass half full unless management screws over share holders. Until then it's all good.
