Why so salty?
i believe whooe heartedly management have made the right call. Spp take alot of time and money, without underwriting, the raise may fail to raise the capital, if an underwriting is done and the shareholders dont take up the entitlement for a number of reasons then the underwriter gets allocated a massive % of the company. Weve been down this road 14 months ago with the last raise done via a complete spp and well lets just say i wish it never happend. To each their own but if your upset you didnt get your fill by all means buy them on market. The sp isnt far from the raise price so no excuses with the upside still from here. Was plenty of time for those in the know or had done their dd to build a sizable position over the last 12+ months so this opinion towards managements decisions i believe is not warranted.
