Ill have to respectfully disagree with your take on the risks and outcomes of how the cr was done. Have you been a holder of ven since before the last cr last year by any chance?

ive explained in prior posts and long term holders here know all to well what a shamble that became with the exact same situation we are in now, was a full raise via an underwritten spp@6c. The price went to 5.9 or there abouts and sat until the raise had closed. Little of the spp was taken up via shareholders because they saw no value in conjuction to market price, regal funds then took about 15%+ holding of the company and you can clearly see on the chart when they decided to liquidate.

id much prefer a few disgruntled shareholders but with cash in the bank than the chance of a few being happy(or maybe not if they took up the entitlement and effectively paid more than market if the price dropped in the process) and risking the raise failing and not banking the necessary funds management seem to think we need to move forwards with developments.

as for the flippers and those only in for the quick buck, thats unfortunately the small cap game and we all have endured this at some stage. Fortunately if you have the conviction and hold through the storm the story will eventually sell itself and all will be rewarded.
