The signing of a second future coal supply agreement – this time with the Erdenet Power Plant, is a strong indicator of the demand for high quality thermal coal from Viking subsidiary's Berkh Uul Bituminous Coal Project in northern Mongolia. It validates Viking Mines' decision to takeover Aumico Mines and sets the stage for a fast track development of the Berkh Uul project.
