A good Shell with cash but the Dog as you call it is under NEW Director management, doesn’t seem their interest is in advancement it appears it is just a cash and Shell grab to have jobs and advisory work, not very successful management to date on any of the Boards they represent from my research, DYOR though, doesn’t look promising for VKA holders IMO.
