I have to apologize here.
Those bank account details weren't wrong but they are of my investment account and I got that money transferred today as such.
The details I have sent them in my application form were from a different account which I have initially used to pay for this SPP via BPay.
Once again, apologize for this mistake. It has been the first time ever that I have had a pay back for an SPP.
