The US Dept. of Agriculture released their Livestock figures on 12 Oct. 2017. Turkey leads the imports at 700,000 in 2017 and expected same for 2018.Turkey has had the largest growth of countries listed, rising from 50,000 head from 2014 to 700,000 in 2017.
For country exports, Mexico, EU, Australia and Canada lead the way. Notice that Australia had highest exports between 2014-2016, but dropped by 350,000 head from 2016 and 2017. Expected increase of 100,00 for Australia between 2017 and 2018.
