I agree, but why would they do a cap raising and especially at this point in time?
Why would they want to dilute the co even more when they do have the funds sitting in the bank.
It's not like we need billions right now.
Also remember that the LCYO's are due to expire in early January.
NMDC will be getting an equal amount of oppies to what the Co already holds.
Why would they and also Sharon who is the LCYO's largest holder let these oppies expire when by bringing the SP up above the strike price we will get millions in our bank account.
