    the general view is that they are in self destruct mode.
    i'm wondering if, by demonstrating their incompetence to the DMMR, they might also lose their exploration permits for Mutiyah and Umm Hijja, two similar zinc/copper prospects just next to Khnaiguiyah?

    They'd be a couple of handy licenses to pick up as collateral damage.
