AB, Thrasher - I don't speak Australian but I do believe I can serve as a translator here. Col69 asked for "proof". AB responded by quoting the CEO at the AGM as proof. Col69 says that, based on previous testimony by the CEO, he does not accept her verbal comments as proof. The jury will have to decide how to treat the testimony! My observation is that the milestone payment is market sensitive information. Of course, the CEO chose not to mention the amount of the payment specified in the agreement with AZN. In the 3 months since the AGM, with all the attention given to the AZD0466 trial, why does the potential milestone payment not appear in writing, say in the most recent quarterly report? Just asking...
