I don't believe the retail shareholders would play ball nor would the old guard of office-bearers who have been in BDR since the outset and still have large holdings....In effect what U R saying is that the "new guard"management are constructing a sky scraper only in order to conceal a dead rat!.....possible but implausible.As someone pointed out,the new boys did not come over to BDR seeking jobs.They came"for the company"....why would they strangle the golden goose(or rather duck) at birth rather than let it grow and produce a cornucopia of golden eggs!!!
Lets worry about other stuff.The other fact of note is that the new guys have a long unblemished record in this industry.it would be totally out of character and ultimately self-defeating
