-AJM has put strategic partners into position - purpose and content of partnership still have to be revealed.
- AJM seems to be tight on money - but intends to buy bigger recourses from SYA. if you really have no money, you wouldn't do that
- SYA on the other side wants to bid for the AML mine. they are rediciolous cheap and also seem to have no money- still intend to bid.

->> now there is a big connection between SYA ans AJM through same BOD.

what if this reveals into a big merge with upgraded resource in Australia and an operating mine and a developing in America (Canada)??
and the refinanced??
