I have read and researched a lot about this company. But could someone please help with the specifics behind the strategy of pump in SP by brokers prior to the placement/meeting.
I understand the new shares are to be issued at 0.5c. So am I right in thinking that we believe the price to be pushed up to higher levels as the placement looms by brokers, so that they can then have a higher paper profit o their placement shares?
Surely the stag profit they have already is sufficient? Why is this placement different to any other placement to sophisticates, where prices are not pumped beforehand?
Still a bit confused about what is actually said to be going on here?
