I'm not sure if management will want Pershing to supress the sp all the way to agm. Today's 3b looks like taking advantage of the jump in Ni price to get their hands on another 600k or so while the opportunity has risen.
If Ni continues pos will inevitably break free and start bagging up.
I'm also of the opinion 1 or two of these mou's will become binding and together with a rise in Ni price there is a real possibility of share price returning to the normal trading range in the teens and low 20's.
