Just re those warehouse figures, i assume you mean you meant that LME nickel stockpile has dropped by 1,404 t not 33210 t ? If the stockpiles can keep up this kind of decline, I'm also sure nickel prices will continue to rise.

Btw, if you haven't seen it already, the daily nickel report/chart at www.sucden.co.uk is quite interesting (free to register). They are currently expecting nickel to break-out to either the upside or downside -maybe the declining nickel stockpiles will push prices higher (if the supply and demand theory starts to work again for nickel).
