i Understand you are not down ramping just giving an educated opinion. The service agreement is beneficial for ndo for the first 6 months of production, as this production money can be used to pay off costs and then the Philippines govt and the partners take there certain percentage. Usually agreements for oil production are for 10- 15 per cent govt, 1 -5 per cent for landowner, corporate tax rate (Aussie is 30%) and the rest is the partners.I am just giving an estimate of what i feel it should be over the length of the project of 3 -5 yrs, thats why the big range as well. More input on what you feel the result would be helpful for me and others occam.
