Who believes ECT knows how NMCD will vote next week (31/1).
Given they haven't requested another extension which coincidently expires 31 January 2019 means they won't require an extension.
Also, these quotes are a dead giveaway... (Glenn Fozard) "We anticipate a positive outcome from the forthcoming board meeting and look forward to organising the subsequent signing of the RCA as soon as possible".
ECT COO Jim Blackburn added, “We have no doubt we’re pursuing the development of our technologies in the right place and with the right partners.
Doubt Jim would praise the Indians if they were about to abort the project as some here are predicting.
