Barrambie and the cash deposit in NMT is after all our asset being part of NMT share, there is no loss or gain in transferring that element out into a new co and no dilution to us as shareholders of both entities after the split is how I read it
One of the priorities of NMT management is to return value to shareholders, they are not therefore raising funds or diluting our holding by splitting the share, it simply puts Lithium in one box and Titanium in another, assets we already own as shareholders in NMT.

Okay so I've taken to time to read the ann now. Funding being provided by existing cash balance has gotten me more on board with the split. Made the decision to continue accumulation at this price while it seems to be churning.
