If TD was reached and a duster then coy (all JV partners) have an obligation and by law (price sensative) to announce it straight away. Therefore the fact that no announcement means one of two things - Have not yet reached TD or TD reached but series of testing is being done!
I also think TD has been reached, why, because its been days since last report which was very close to TD and if there were mechanical failures or duster then it would need to be announced straight away. This leads me to think that testing is being done as we speak and panic. We may get an announcement today from BPT or BUY indicating this.... Depending on results testing could take days or weeks...
And in all cases positive (commercial find) or duster the well will be plugged and abondoned. One needs to read between the lines carefully.
