    Am I reading the results correctly? the same (roughly) number of votes against the bonus options that MS recommended, as those that voted with him in every other resolution?

    Ie: they were "offered" by MS but were never going to get up?

    Why am I not surprised.

    note - I am not an option holder.

    IMO absolute joke of a company. Time to be gone for good.
