All this crap about the deal not going ahead is lost on me, all evidence shows the amount work done by Odin makes this unlikely to be a scam - with heavy penalties if it is - So Kun going on about no deal, no deal drives me a bit nuts to.

HOWEVER Serena has a very valid point about the content of the deal. Al & co are business shysters par-excellance - they are obligated to seal this deal, but god only knows how much dilution or other BS will be involved when that happens.

An honest discussion of what possible form that might take would be valuable to all of us in our decisions of risk and at what price to bail AFTER the successful announcement.
