My understanding is that as Scott said at the presentations Tiof 3 flow problem was purely mechanical and therefore remedial at the next attempt. Tiof is looking large and I note that Tiof development is being talked about in all HDR and WPL presentations (a recent WPL presentation said their aim was to "Deliver Chinguetti and Deliver Tiof"!). So the sell-off on the grounds of Tiof disappointment has been overdone. THe sell-off on the end of the exploration program may well have been overdone as well as it now looks like that will start again before too long. The sell-off by punters (and instos?) on 3 dusters wa probably fair enough!
