Would appreciate your opinion as to why you have such a negative view of the the debt for equity swap............it may mean dilution but at the same time, GR has mentioned on more than one occasion that he is very interested in retaining the value inherent in the Centro business.
The debt for equity might be the best way of achieving this objective.
As an investor, is there something I'm missing apart from the risks posed by the macro-economic environment.
