The farmers are losing money generating crops (things like cashew nut trees) as I assume they are on or near the proposed mine. The money would cover lost income until such crops are re-established at a new location. This is pretty basic not sure why you are struggling to understand? Lol okay. All I can say is LOL to each of your 'rebuttals'. The basic point is that if mns is paying out cash for income generating assets then they are not complying with EP.
