Just saw on T.V. that checkout operators can 'refuse' to fill dirty bags.
Ones that look dirty, (maybe dirt or an oil mark) are probably cleaner
than the ones covered in germs, that "look" clean.
Too many variables here, be back to so called 'single use' bags,
within a month.
