If the planet could get Vlad on side and work out a solution to Assada the salada, then there's absolutely no reason why the refugee's can't be relocated back to the M.E as soon as practicable. Vlad would be viewing these proceedings with glee. The fact that his buddy Assad has caused the death of over 250,000 of his own civilians doesn't seem to bother a guy like Vlad. Then again he's cool, with shooting down civilian airliners, and watching while his submariners perish. Nice guy is that Vlad.
