I own over five million plus a lot of my family are holders. They purchased on my recommendation so I feel responsible for their losses.

What do you think is a fair amount?

As I said - every job position at the Company has to be reviewed. If it is not essential then that position has to go and fresh job descriptions need to be drafted. I'm no expert in industrial relations and contracts so advice obviously needs to be obtained to remedy the remuneration packages. They are out of control in my opinion and if nothing is done to reel it in, all we will have is the Great White Nothing project.
