Good on you, just went through your posts properly and you seem authentic and have the interests of shareholders at heart. I wish you the best, you are going to be facing an uphill battle, given current board wont be wont you on especially when you are wanting to reduce remuneration.

The truth is they should be wanting to do it themselves, given if the company goes bust their jobs and cruisy pay cheques go with it, however these kind of people only think of themselves and will prob just go on to the next thing after ADN as an "experienced board memeber" when their experience has been failure after failure.
