This is the relevant Rule within the Andromeda Metals Constitution that deals with Director nominations
I've just received an email from the Company stating that I must provide the signatures of each of the proposing shareholders!
This is the depths that these people will sink to just to protect their little empire!
Unless the Company can provide written evidence that I must provide signatures from each of the proposing members, then I'll be abiding by the Constitution and providing a list of names of the Members/shareholders who propose my nomination.
