Public Offer Closed Early and Change of Name
The directors are pleased to announce that the public offer (including the priority offers) pursuant to the
Prospectus dated 10 January 2005 has today been closed early due to strong investment demand. The
remainder of the offers being made pursuant to the Prospectus are due to close tomorrow 11 February
2005.
The public offer remains subject to completion under the asset purchase agreement with Renison
Consolidated Mines NL and completion under the share sale agreement with Taroom Coal Pty Ltd as
detailed in the Prospectus.
The company also wishes to advise that following receipt of shareholder approval at the recent AGM the
company has changed its name from “Poltech International Limited” to “Northern Energy Corporation
Limited”.
The timetable for relisting on ASX remains on or about Tuesday 22 February 2005.
