    I'm not in the CK fanclub, but I would suggest that he has had a lot more time and money in the market than you.

    Look at it another way... buying shares in quality businesses means over time their share price rises so does your unrealised profit.

    What do you do with the unrealised profit ?? realise it and pay the ato 30 -42% or borrow against it at 8% and retain ownership of the appreciating assets.

    Just some food for thought.
