The one good reason is that it will be their biggest and most important product, therefore there is no concern about them being "hungry" to push this into spaces where it can be sold. Hiring more staff just for vivagel, they are actively going all in on this. People complained that other partners eg ansell licensed a product and put zero man hours into it. This will obviously not be the case with this partner. They would not put $142M AUD on the table plus INCREASING royalties if they didnt think this would be a big hit.
Not so much about the name of the patner, moreso the intent of the partner. I believe they have the right intent.
