So what are the thoughts on the resolutions? Mine are;
Res 1. Abstain, as they are in the same boat as the rest of us.
Res 2. No, because I don't feel like it. Take a loan with a 50% interest rate and a boat load of options, and no income from Texas for a year... BM PL must really like Texas.
Res 3. Your having a laugh. No chance. 100 to 1.....FFS.
Res 4-6. Same as Res 2.
Res 8. Abstain, thank you BM for getting us in this bind.

I assume the strike price mentioned of the options in res 4-6 is pre-consolidation?
What would happen if Res 8 didn't get approved?
Wheres the update on the GNR finance facility?
